Teriyaki Chicken Burger


Teriyaki  Chicken Burger

Chicken Thigh           2
Teriyaki Sauce: Mirin : Soy Sauce : Sugar  1:1:1
*Marinate Chicken Thigh in the sauce in the fridge for 30 min.

1: In a hot flat pan,  put chicken skin side down, (you don't need oil because the skin will produce alot of chicken fat) .
2: when both sides are golden brown, pour the remaining sauce into the pan, on low heat and simmer until all the sauce are absorbed. 

Camaramilzed Onion Easy

Onion            Half, cut in strips
Butter            1 tbsp, room temp
some teriyaki sauce, 

1: Mix the ingredient well, put it in oven 400 F until caramelized. 
OR: Mix all the ingredient in a small sauce pan, simmer on medium to low heat until onion becomes soft and no more sauce left.
