花生麻糬 Peanut Mochi
牛奶 Milk 600g
太白粉 Patato Starch 150g
砂糖 Sugar 50g
*Milk vs. Patato Starch 4:1
Handful of crushed peanuts or crushed sesame
Handful of sugar, mixed well with peanuts or sesame
做法: 我完全是按照這個youtube video (食在有健康麻糬) 學著做的。 成功率100% 而且吃起來很像我福建家鄉的糍 (音:Thiee)
1: In a sauce Pan, mixed milk and patato starch well until smooth with no lumps of startch
2: Turn heat to low, slowly stir the mixture in the direction of a infinity symbol ( ∞ )
3: When the mixture start to become sticky to the spatula and the sauce pan, that means it's done
* The video above, at 2:00min, you can see how the mixture start to form, 2:17 is the texture you are
looking for as an indication that it's done
4: Put the finished mochi onto the pre-mixed crushed peanuts, mix well so it's not sticky to hand
5: Cut it into bite size pieces, and enjoy~
