Matcha Pudding (Panna Cotta)

Ingredients
Milk                                                                                       200g
Heavy Cream                                                                           50g
Sugar                                                                                        50g
Gelatin powder                                                                         10g (1pack)
Matcha green tea powder                                                           5g


 1: Reserve some milk for dissolving gelatin powder
2: Pour milk, cream, and sugar into a small pan, on low heat, stir occasionally until fully dissolved
3: Mix with Matcha Powder, set it aside
4: Warm the remaining milk, stir in gelatin powder until well mixed
5: Mix the two mixtures well
6: Pour into your favorite moulds or small tea cups
7: Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.

NOTE:
*you only need a little bit of matcha powder, because it’s very strong.
*If you want to flip out the pudding on a small dish, put plastic wrap inside the cup beforehand, make it easy to get out.
* Any kind of tea powder will work with this recipe
