Matcha Milk Candy (Picture instruction included)

Who doesn't like sweet milk candy? This recipe, you can find the ingredients everywhere, you might already have some leftovers in your fridge. It's easy to follow and it's super tasty, and you can use any kinds of tea powder or tea leaves.





Ingredients:
Whipping Cream                                    190g
Milk                                                       180g
Sugar                                                        25g
Matcha Powder                                          5g 


*If you do not have tea powder, simply substitute with 1 pack of tea leaves you have and wish to use( Earl Grey, Red rose, etc. )

Directions:
1: On medium heat, dissolve all the ingredients until smooth mixture
2: Turn to low heat, keep stirring for 15-20minutes, until the texture becomes creamy and thick
3: Pour into the container, freeze for at least 5 hours.
4: Cut it into small cubes and wrap with parchment paper or wax paper

Note: The candies have to be stored in the freezer, or else it WILL melt.
